Audacious Flatlanding

If you ever need a reminder of what’s possible on a unicycle, check this out.

He’s riding a trials unicycle with either 125/127mm or 135mm cranks. For something similar from Qu-Ax, check out the 20″ Cross.

Gift Wrapping is Not My Strongest Suit

Sometimes, we all need a reminder that there are people out here running the show.

Apologies goes to Emma who’s going to be receiving one ugly package, no thanks of course to my terrible wrapping skills. Hey, no one taught me much about gift wrapping in school

It could have been a lot better-looking but I ran out of brown paper and I had only leftover Christmas giftwrap left. And I also blame the terrible clear tape that I was using.

If you’re wondering why that abomination in the background has 2 wheels, well, I’ve just learnt to ride it and I can assure you it’s a lot more painful than learning to unicycle. But that’s another story.

So What’s This Mountain Unicycling Thing?

This time, I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking.

We will be doing the Ketam trail again sometime in March. If you’re interested in joining us for the ride, drop a comment!

Women’s Day Out 6 March 2010

Team-Uni will have a booth at the Amore Women’s Day Out 2010 happening at the area outside Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza on 6 March from 9am – 8pm. We’ll have unicycles around for try-outs as well if you’re still on the fence about whether you want to buy a unicycle.

Other cool happenings include

- Remember those Unicycle Hockey classes? Sign up with a friend there and get $20 off each unicycle purchase.

- Can you already ride a unicycle? Join us for a round of unicycle jousting – happens at 12noon and again at 4pm. Prizes to be given out. If no one’s jousting when you drop by, badger us and we’ll be glad to poke you with a stick.

Hope to be seeing you around!

Unicycle Hockey for Kids and Youths
