We didn’t manage to get any photos from the Bedok session but here’s some highlights from the Ngee Ann Poly sessions from last Sunday. We had lots of kids in the afternoon which was great fun and we caught up with some old friends who turned up.
Here’s a shoutout to everyone who attended the sessions and a big thanks to all who’ve helped! We do hope to do more of these public workshops from time to time so stay tuned.

Team-Uni offers the only courses in Southeast Asia that lead to certification by the International Unicycling Federation (IUF). Our lessons are based on the skill level requirements set by the IUF and on passing a practical held once at the end of each term, students will be certified for that skill level.
Recommended for:
Primary / Secondary School Students
Group Size:
10-20
Duration:
12-15 sessions X 90 minutes
Notes -
The Skill Levels are further explained on the IUF’s website. The testing procedures used will be based on the guidelines offered by the IUF and all students will receive a certification of participation at the end of the term. .
This program is endorsed under the Sports Education Programme (SEP) for 2010.

The One-Day Workshop is meant to be an introduction to unicycling and to allow youths to try out a unique sport that they might be interested to pursue.
Recommended for:
Ages 13 and over.
Prerequisites:
Students should be able to ride a bicycle.
Group Size:
15-20
Duration:
4 hours
Notes -
It is unrealistic to expect to learn to unicycle well in a day; few if any will actually be able to ride forward unassisted at the end of the workshop. This is a great course though, for schools that are trying to introduce some variety to their sports programs.
This program is endorsed under the Sports Education Programme (SEP) for 2010… more details coming soon…
